Overview & Uses
Think about this: Tylenol Sinus Nighttime combines powerful medicines to relieve your sinus symptoms.
- A maximum strength pain reliever/fever reducer for sinus pain.
- A decongestant for stuffy nose, sinus congestion, and sinus pressure.
- An antihistamine to relieve your runny nose, sneezing, itchy/watery
eyes, and itching of the nose or throat, and to help you rest.
Early recognition and treatment of sinus symptoms can relieve your worst symptoms—and possibly prevent a sinus infection, which can be diagnosed and treated only by your doctor.
See your doctor if symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or if you have:
- Green or yellow nasal discharge.
- Facial pressure accompanied by redness or swelling.
- A fever of 102° F (39° C) or higher.
- Upper molar tooth pain.
Uses
Temporarily relieves:
- Nasal congestion.
- Sinus congestion and pressure.
- Minor aches and pains.
- Headache.
- Runny nose and sneezing.
- Itchy, watery eyes.
- Itching of the nose or throat.
- Helps decongest sinus openings.
- Reduces swelling of nasal passages.

Directions
Do not take more than directed
Adults & children 12 years & over:
- Take 2 caplets, gelcaps or geltabs every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
- Do not take more than 8 caplets, gelcaps, or geltabs in 24 hours.
Children under 12 years: Do not use this adult product in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage.

Warnings
Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers.
Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.
Do not use:
- If you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
- With any other product containing acetaminophen.
Ask a doctor before use if you have:
- Heart disease.
- Glaucoma.
- High blood pressure.
- Thyroid disease.
- Diabetes.
- Trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland.
- A breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers.
When using this product:
- Do not exceed recommended dosage.
- Marked drowsiness may occur.
- Avoid alcoholic drinks.
- Alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness.
- Be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.
- Excitability may occur, especially in children.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
- New symptoms occur.
- Redness or swelling is present.
- Pain or nasal congestion gets worse or lasts for more than 7 days.
- Fever gets worse or lasts for more than 3 days.
- Nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness occur.
These could be signs of a serious condition.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before
use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Overdose warning: Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause liver damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. (1-800-222-1222). Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
