Exceeding the Recommended Acetaminophen Dosage

Severe liver damage may occur if you take more than 4000 mg of acetaminophen in 24 hours. Take only one product that contains acetaminophen at a time. Always read and follow the product label, and talk to your doctor if you have any questions.
