Dosing

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 2 pills every 6 hours, while symptoms persist. Do not take more than 6 powders in 24 hours.

Adults and children 12 years and older should apply the pain relief cream to affected areas no more than three to four times daily.

Place 1 powder on tongue every 6 hours, while symptoms persist. Drink a full glass of water with each dose, or powder may be stirred into a glass of water or other liquid. Do not take more than 4 powders in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor.

Apply 4 times a day; Upper Body Dose- max 2 grams; Lower Body Dose- max 4 grams; do not use on more than 2 body areas at the same time; may take up to 7 days to work
