It must be sugar coated because it’s sweet just as you go to swollow it, surprising and a good idea. However this is the second time I’ve taken this and both times almost instantly I notice my stomach hurting & feeling nauseous Now my head hurts, my stomach hurts and I feel the need to throw up. :(

I have been using this product for quite sometime now when I get my sinus headaches or pre-sinus infection. Has been working relatively well for me. Like others have mentioned, it does cause nausea the majority of the time after I take it and I need to be sure I am not taking it on an empty stomach and am drinking lots of water.

This medicine works wonders. The only thing is it upsets my stomach. As soon as I take it, It makes me feel sick but this stuff WORKS so I can’t complain I just try to eat something before I take it. It clears me up almost instantly.

The cool burst in this product hurts my stomach really bad!! So bad that if causes me to throw up. I know it's the cool burst and not the tylenol itself because they used to make it without the cool burst and it really helped. Now you can barely find it in the stores! I wished they'd burn this crap!!

My sinus headache/pressure/congestion was getting the best of me after taking a sudafed and laid in bed half the day suffering with no relief! Got to the point where relief was desperately needed and googled sinus severe medication. Viola! Tylenol medication sinus severe got a lot of good reviews and could read what other people were suffering the sinus pressure, etc Got this and took about an 1 hour for relief and felt like myself again! If you’re suffering with sinus severely, take this!!!!
